This is a 60 Degree Integral Hologram of a DNA molecule created by holographic artist Jason Sapan from a computer image recorded at the National Institute of Health from files they had from MIT. The image rotates as you move horizontally and changes spectral color as you move vertically. This type of hologram is real lit from below at an angle of approximately 45 degrees usin a clear small single filament light bulb. It measures 10″ x 12″ and is on transmissive silver halide film.
